Unit 2 — Creating your account and signing in

If you are already signed in, keep this unit as a reference for later.

Creating an account

1. Open the Institute of Ministry learning site and choose Log in.
2. Choose the subordinate Sign up action beneath the login form.
3. Enter a username, a secure password, and an email address you read regularly.
4. Add your first name, surname, and country, then submit the form.

Confirming your email address

The site will send you an email. Open it and follow the confirmation link. If it has not arrived after ten minutes, check your junk or spam folder before asking for help.

Signing in afterwards

1. Choose Log in.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Use Remember username only on your own device, never on a shared or public computer.

Signing in allows the site to remember your progress. A guest may be able to read a public course outline, but guest activity cannot be recorded.
