Scripture Study worksheet — due at the end of Unit 3.3
Submit the word-family study begun in Unit 3.1. Examine at least five occurrences across at least four New Testament books, including diakonos (G1249), diakonia (G1248) and diakoneo (G1247). For every entry provide the CPDV text, verified Greek evidence, context, who serves whom, and what service means there. End with two paragraphs: the range of New Testament service and your own formation within it.

The Course Director will give formative feedback using the criteria below. Strong work is accurate, contextual, clearly reasoned and practically grounded. Developing work identifies relevant ideas but needs fuller evidence or clearer connections. Work needing revision contains significant errors, unsupported claims, incomplete requirements or unclear authorship. This upload records submission; it does not by itself certify that your portfolio has been approved.
- Coverage and accuracy: at least five genuine occurrences, four books and all three family members, with correct references and quotations.
- Tool evidence: verified identifiers and linked evidence; a theological theme is not counted as a word occurrence.
- Interpretation: attention to audience, situation and the kind of service described.
- Comparison: an explained relationship between the passages, without reducing every use to one later office.
- Formation: a clear personal application, honest limits, acknowledged sources and protected confidentiality.
