Unit 11.4 — Final oral review and formation outcome
Arrange the structured video-call review with the Course Director or appointed reviewer after the required practical evidence, portfolio, corrections, clearance and cohort requirements have been confirmed. Review Unit 11.4 and bring your private Scripture reflection.
The conversation considers your integrated learning, practical evidence, growth, remaining needs and continuing accountability. The Institute confirms the formation outcome to you in writing. No upload is required here. Staff record that the review and written outcome have been completed; this administrative completion is not a favourable recommendation by itself.
Possible outcomes are: recommended for ordination review; recommended for further formation before ordination review; delayed pending specific growth areas; not recommended for ordination; withdrawn or discontinued. Any recommendation is distinct from a later decision by the relevant ecclesial authority. Course completion does not confer ordination, faculties, licence, employment or ministry authority.
Staff record one mark when this administrative requirement is confirmed. Zero means it is not yet confirmed. For the oral review, confirmation means the review and written outcome are complete; it does not mean a favourable recommendation.
